South Park Doggie Pawcademy Resorts Staycare rates are discounted based on your dog’s size and length of your dog’s boarding stay. Please register your pup on our GINGR Client Portal then give us a call to set up your Free Trial assessment day. Boarding estimates can be generated on our client portal. Prices vary on room and nightly accommodations, please inquire with the front desk team upon pick up for the best possible boarding options for your pups stay with us at South Park.

Reservations
All Staycare reservations require a $50 deposit. The deposit will be applied to the cost of your reservation at check out. If you are unable to keep your Staycare reservation, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before the reservation start time to receive a full refund of your deposit. No shows, as well as any cancellation within 48 hours of a reservation start time will forfeit the deposit.
All overnight reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to drop off or you will be charged a $25 “Walk-In” fee.
Check-In
Check-in time is between 6:30 AM-7:00 PM Monday-Friday and 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Saturday, Sunday, and during Holiday hours.
We require at least 24 hours notice to schedule an early drop off. Early drop offs will incur a $25 fee.
Check-Out
Staycare rates are calculated based on a 24-hour period from drop off time plus a 3-hour grace period. For example, if you check in at 9am, you have until 12pm on the day of pick up to checkout before you are charged the late pick up after drop off fee of $35 per dog.
After hours checkouts are allowed up to 10:30 PM at a rate of $15 for Playcare dogs and $20 for Staycare dogs. After hours checkouts must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.
