FREE TRIAL - EVALUATION DAY
Discover the perfect fit for your dog at South Park Doggie! Take advantage of our Free Trial Day, which includes a dog assessment and temperament test for all new clients. During this trial, your dog will have the chance to meet our staff and interact with other dogs while we observe their behavior.
The Free Trial lasts a minimum of 4 hours and can be scheduled every half hour from Monday to Friday, starting as early as 6:30 AM and ending at 11:00 AM. Dogs are welcome to stay until 7:30 PM, giving them ample time to explore and enjoy our theme park. (Weekend Trials 1/2 Day Rate)
We take great care in ensuring a positive experience for every dog, and this trial allows us to assess their unique personality and ensure they are a good fit for our pack. If Dog does not do well other dogs, other boarding options or socialization playcare may be needed in order to board.
Please note that the trial evaluation day is exclusively for clients planning to continue with our Playcare or Staycare services for their dog.
Paw Points - Loyalty Rewards Program
South Park Doggie Resorts & Theme Parks has launched its new Paw Points Loyalty Rewards Program. This program rewards all clients with one (1) Paw Point for every dollar spent at our theme parks. However, only active monthly subscribers can redeem these points for store credit, also known as "Doggie Dollars." The points earned can be redeemed for up to $150 store credit at a time. It's important to note that the points earned cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
The purpose of this program is to provide our valued clients with an additional reward for their loyalty to our brand. The program is designed to make your visit to our resorts and theme parks even more enjoyable and rewarding!

Healthy Dog Warranty
With the Healthy Dog Warranty, you can rest assured that your fur baby will receive the best care and attention during their visit to South Park Doggie Resorts & Theme Parks. Our facilities are staffed by a team of experienced and trained professionals who are dedicated to ensuring that your dog has a fun and safe experience.
Our warranty program provides reimbursement for veterinary care that may be necessary as a result of an injury or illness that your dog may incur while visiting one of our theme parks. This includes medical expenses such as treatment, surgery, and hospitalization. The Healthy Dog Warranty is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of your dog's visit to one of our facilities and can be redeemed by simply submitting your receipt to us.
